The 23rd annual meeting of Farmers Co operative Grain Association of Polk reports net profit of 11 634.88 with gross margin 27 308.70 on 452 225 bushels handled including 95 240 wheat 332 942 corn and 150 213 pounds milo. Director elect Edd Coover replaces Ben Peterson. Dividends of 1.1 cents per bushel and 1 percent of grain, feed and coal sales paid. Patrons urged to support advertisers.

High School Seniors Eligible For University Scholarships
Nebraska high school seniors may compete for 25000 in University of Nebraska freshman scholarships. Dr G W Rosenlof says the annual contest will be March 23 in all high schools. Each scholarship worth 160 funds tuition during the first year. Entries must be filed by February 28 through high school principals or superintendents.
