Robbers Hit Murray Store Losing 200 In Goods
Auto bandits struck the Murray store of Shatt and Tutt causing about 200 dollars in losses. They gained entry by breaking the front door glass and dragging stock through the rear doors, leaving leather coats and Camels as notable items. The robbery is linked to a recent Nehawka incident and likely occurred late Sunday morning, with discovery only Monday.

Young Men Hunt Pigeons In Trouble Near Omaha

Aged Lady Elvira Snell Dies at Masonic Home
Mrs. Elvira Snell, resident of the Nebraska Masonic Home in Lincoln, died at 4 20 this morning after a long illness culminating in paralysis. Born November 22 1841 in Wallingford Vermont she would have been 79 within a week. She lived in Lincoln many years and entered the home at the request of Lincoln Lodge No 19 A F and A M after a paralytic stroke left her bedfast. A daughter Miss Eva Snell and friend Mrs Fredericks came from Lincoln to arrange the burial in her old home, with the funeral party leaving on the Burlington at 1 58 this afternoon.

Frank Eaton aged seventy died Friday in Colorado Springs after a brief illness. A longtime Plattsmouth resident, he had led air break works at Colorado Midland shops for thirty years after working in Burlington shops in Plattsmouth. He leaves a wife several children and a sister Alice F Eaton of Plattsmouth. Funeral services were held at his Colorado Springs home and he was laid to rest there.
