Capture Mott Arrested in Michigan on Mann Act Charge
After a yearlong search, Fred L. Mott, once in the Greenwood area, was arrested in Marshall Michigan with his niece Mae Hoenshell 14. He is charged with contributing to a minor’s delinquency, the case being moved to federal court under the Mann Act to secure a heavier sentence. Michigan officers request care for the dependents, shifting responsibility from Michigan.

District Debate Meet Sets Omaha Debates for State Bid

The United Customers Benefit contest at Fetter Shoe Co and Ladies Toggery closed Saturday after three weeks of voting.
