In county court this morning letters of guardianship were issued to Mrs Ida Applegate mother of Paul Palmer Eugene and Jessie Applegate minor heirs of Leroy Applegate deceased. The guardianship conserves their estate from their father for their interests. The last will and testament of John Dreamer filed for probate and petition to appoint John Dreamer administrator with will annexed. The hearing in State v Marl Morris set for tomorrow morning before Judge Beeson to decide if the lad will be sent to the reform school.
