A western railroads rule takes effect July 1 1904 limiting baggage trunks to 45 inches greatest dimension with ten pounds per inch over. Extra charges apply and show scenery must be shipped in special cars. The move followed talks with commercial groups and earlier proposals for 50 inch or 40 inch limits.

Plaintiff counsel Rawle Robertson defense Louthan Jeary Berge. Plaintiff resides near Elmwood the defendant in Oklahoma. In a separate verdict the jury in Pankon va Gorder favored the defendant Mr Gorder and were discharged. the result reverses the prior court verdict. The Denver Post on May 20 reported the marriage of Vowel Gettier of Lincoln and Isabel Estes of Denver. The ceremony was by Rev. Schofield of the Episcopal church. Miss Estes was accompanied by Miss Margaret Kerr and associates. Mrs. Gettier is related to General Allen and is active socially in Washington. The couple plan to reside in Greenwood, Nebraska after July 4 as Gettier runs a business there.
