Mrs Margaretta Wichmann aged 64 died at 12 30 PM at the home of Mr and Mrs Alvin Meisinger west of Mynard. She lived in Plattsmouth for years after coming as a young girl and was married there to Mr Wichmann. Surviving are son John Wichmann of Lincoln and daughter Mrs Clara Meisinger. brother Claus Ploehn of Pendleton Oregon. sister Mrs H M Soennichsen preceded in death.

Farmers visit resettlement office for federal aid

Reclassification of drought project workers is underway as RA grants are limited to truly farming income and actual need.
