William Rice Sr Suffers Mild Stroke After Morning Rise
North city resident William Rice Sr. suffered a slight stroke shortly before six o clock after rising and going to the cellar to fix the furnace. His wife found him collapsed but later rallied with Dr. O C Hudson's aid and was resting easier with no memory of the event.
