Plano Star-Courier Expands to 6000 Square Foot Facility
The Plano Daily Star-Courier will expand from 2400 to 6000 square feet by adding a west companion building and a center lobby. The project includes interior and exterior renovations with completion targeted for Sept. 30. Publisher Jim Shriver says the upgrade will serve the paper for 7 to 10 years and accommodate growth since going daily in August 1973.

Crooks Impersonate Donors In Plano Phone Scam
Plano police warn of telephone scammers calling residents as Harold and Harold solicitors asking for donations to sponsor an elderly person to a Dallas country and western concert.
