Growth outlook fuels Plano homebuilders optimism
Armand Charron of the Plano Division of the National Assn of Homebuilders says Plano's growth will continue with 2000 plus new residences annually into 1977. He cites strong schools, good parks and recreation ties, planned roads, and affordable values from $30,000 to $100,000 as reasons buyers invest. Plano hosts a May Parade of Homes to showcase varied housing options.
