Six Arrested On Various Charges In City Police Action
Police arrested six persons on Monday including three illegal aliens. Also taken into custody were a 15 year old girl for marijuana possession a 16 year old boy for criminal trespass peeking in windows and a 41 year old man for public intoxication and shoplifting. Officers investigated two thefts three residential burglaries one motor vehicle burglary and one case of criminal mischief. The department responded to 48 calls for assistance and investigated two accidents. Dennis Wayne Fail of Richardson sustained minor injuries in a collision between his 1965 Volkswagen and a 1973 Ford driven by Larry Arnold Coffer of 2115 Winterstone at SH 289 north of FM 544. Novella Cope Wiggins of Garland lost control of her 1973 Oldsmobile at 6 15am Tuesday while entering US 75 from ramp 28.
