Local man struck by auto on East Fifth Street
Baron an elderly resident of East Fourth Street was hit at East Fifth and Richmond early Monday by a New Market manobile driven by Keaming. Baron was taken to Dr Albert Pitt's office where injuries were not serious. Romond, employed at Scott Press Works, reported to Judge that he did not know the driver but evidence was strong enough to fine him 100 dollars with jail time and rebuke. Keaming left the car for security until he could raise the amount.
