Former resident Shubal A. Osborn dies in Greenwood Miss
Shubal A. Osborn eighty five died at his daughter Mrs. O W Swearengin's home in Greenwood Mississippi from general debility. The Plainfield pioneer was buried at Maple Hill after funeral services at his son's home. He was born in High Point North Carolina and lived most of his life in Plainfield as a carriage maker and Baptist church member. He is survived by three children Virgil Osborn W K Osborn and Mrs O W Swearengin three grandchildren and a great grandchild.
