Sixty Eight Enter Golf Cup Contest Captures Close Finish
A large field of sixty eight entered the Carolina cups event on Saturday for a two class medal play handicap with A and B divisions. Miss K Harley of Fall River Mass and J A Baker of Glen View Club Chicago tied for Class A net seventy one with a playoff deciding Harley. In Class B Erie Pa’s Charles Jarecki with twelve handicap won net eighty six by one stroke over M B Byrnes of New York with ten handicap.
