Mid-Pines Hosts First Golf Tournament In Opened Course
Arthur Yates of Oakhill Rochester won the opening 36 hole medal play at Mid-Pines, carding 89 in the morning and 79 in the afternoon to post a competitive 166 with a two stroke handicap. Donald Ross oversaw the event with Lionel Callaway, Clarence Callaway, and Jack Williams assisting.
