J A Hardy of the City Transportation Department released special schedules for West Phoenix High School students with routes and pickup times. A revised zone-based fare plan applies next Thursday, with City Zone five cents and higher rates for zones 1 through 5. Driver Faces Crash Charge Involving Patrol Car
John A. Morris, 26, of 1145 North 25th Place, was booked on negligent collision, leaving the scene, and intoxication after his auto allegedly hit a parked police patrol car at 1304 East Van Buren Street. Patrolman Bernard J. Dunn filed three complaints. Morris was apprehended after driving west to 12th Street and parking at a service station rear. He posted $150 bond and is arraigning Wednesday in Police Court.
