Journey to Madison and Wisconsin Dells Visited

W J Hendren and family along with Ward McCarty and wife returned from a trip to relatives in Madison Wisconsin covering nearly 1000 miles. They toured the University of Wisconsin in Madison and explored The Dells of the Wisconsin River noting sandstone cliffs and rock formations. J B Brown of Anderson bought Wiseheart Bros Coffee Shop, plans a drug store and soda fountain in Pendleton, opening Friday August 25 after remodeling.
