Retired Wheat Rancher From Umatilla Dies in Walla Walla
James J. Troulstone, a pioneer wheat farmer from Umatilla County, died suddenly at his Walla Walla home after a brief apoplexy. He was 69, born December 27, 1842 in Scarborough Maine. He had lived in the Pacific Northwest since age 17 and retired five years ago to Walla Walla. He leaves wife Sarah Skewls, daughters Cora and Nettie, and son John in Denver. Funeral plans await word from him.
