Coxs Third Term For Notorious Burglar Cox
Noted Snohomish county burglar Bud Cox is again imprisoned at the state penitentiary in Walla Walla for a third term, totaling 20 years. He first served beginning October 2, 1893, then September 13, 1895, and again February 28 last year, all under the same state court. A hot wind caused brief alarm in the region as farmers feared grain damage during a hot spell. William L. Stirling and Miss Myrie Teachel Brents were married at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, with Rev. Andreas Bard officiating, later hosting a wedding dinner and receiving friends. Stirling is a local businessman, and the bride is the daughter of Hon. and Mrs. Thomas H. Brents.
