Mr and Mrs Ralph Bogaards and boys Larry and Kerry of Cleveland Ohio were guests at William N Bogaards home in Pella last week. They plan to settle in Florida where Bogaards will work as electrical engineer for General Motors Co.

Mary Roorda Attends GRA Camp Near Cedar Falls
Mary Lou Roorda represented the Girls' Recreational Association from Pella Public High School at the state GRA Camp held June 9 to 16 at Camp Waheapaton near Cedar Falls. About 60 girls from various GRA organizations participated in athletic activities and camp crafts while sharing ideas on GRA policy and organization.

Malene Jacobson retires after four decades as a teacher at Inwood. Helena Jacobson ends a long career at Inwood banks. Both sisters graduated from the 1910 Inwood High School class. They served Inwood institutions for 36 years combined.
