Called of God and the laid on of hands doctrine

A story about Mexican boys who weed a field without being hired ends with a moral: one must be called of God to perform sacred ordinances. The message cites Hebrews 3 4 Luke 9 1 2 Romans 10 14 15 and Amos 3 7 and affirms prophetic calling and priesthood authority. Elders Powell and Guilliam sanction LDS church teaching.
