Pecos Police report Sept totals and jail arrests
Police lists monthly by Pecos police patrolled 11 787 miles for the month of September and responded to 705 calls according to Chief Gene Martin. Officers investigated 56 offenses resulting in 44 jail arrests with 23 offenses cleared and 33 pending. Drunk charges topped jail arrests with two minors in possession one marijuana possession and one illegal entry making 48 total jail arrests. Traffic offenses totaled 58. Municipal court jail fines for September were $916 with drunk and drunk in car leading at $375 and $183 respectively.
