Highway Department Seeks Bids for Reeves County Project
Bids will be received at the Texas Highway Department in Austin until 9:00 A.M. March 17, 1972, for a contract in Reeves County covering specified highway work. The project complies with the Work Hours Act and Civil Rights regulations and will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without race, color, or national origin discrimination. Plans and minimum wage rates are available from M D Huffman in Balmorhea and the Austin office.
