Spicy Bread Pudding Recipe
Trim crust from bread toast and cut into inch cubes. Layer half in a 1 quart dish, prepare pudding with salt nutmeg cinnamon and vanilla, heat and pour over bread. Add remaining bread, top with rest of pudding. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts, broil briefly then chill. Makes 3 cups or 5 to 6 servings.
