Saragosa Hall to receive city bid remodeling
The Pecos City Council unanimously approved bidding for a facelifting of Saragosa Hall at Sixth and Peach streets. Bids open at 8 30 a m March 9. The city owns the hall and the Evening Optimist Club maintains it. Plans cover repainting inside refinishing and roof renovation. Council member Manuel Trujillo noted requests for benches and more volleyball facilities at Municipal Park but no action was taken.
