Holiday Inn in Pecos Builds Banquet Reputation
The Pecos Holiday Inn, opened two years ago this month, is noted for its buffet meals and unique banquet room that can serve 100 guests or 200 by combining with the dining area. Manager Arthur Terry, from Lexington Kentucky, oversees strict Holiday Inn quality checks and aims to boost use of the banquet facilities for weddings and galas. The hotel offers 100 rooms and daily dining from 6 am to 10 pm, except Saturdays.
