Pine Fair Keeps Old Time Flavor September Celebration
The Pine Fair returns September 16 and 17 at the Pine School and L D S Cultural Hall with garden produce crafts and community exhibits. Elaine Drorbaugh notes the fair's long history tracing back to Payson beginnings and notes volunteer-led organization honoring founding women. Live music runs 1 to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and a Pine-Strawberry Chamber marathon race debuts with trophies medals and commemorative T-shirts. A barbecue is planned near the elementary school Saturday noon to 5 p.m.
