Pulpit Fight Heads to Court Over St Pauls Episcopal Church
In Payson Utah the St Pauls Episcopal Mission secession from the Episcopal Church triggers a legal clash over ownership. The 86 members who voted to sever ties support a suit arguing church property belongs to the congregation rather than the diocese. The diocese bans and demands control, while church leaders are barred from the chapel as the lawsuit proceeds.
