Two Men Arrested After Bar Incidents In Payson
Two Payson residents were taken into custody by the Payson sheriff's office after two separate bar incidents. Mike B. Burkhart was arrested leaving the Ox Bow Inn for discharging a firearm in a public place. A Payson juvenile was arrested for aggravated assault on Mike DeWees in the same bar. DeWees was treated at Payson Hospital for scalp and facial wounds. A SBA official will speak to Holbrook and Payson chamber groups in November.
