Pine and Strawberry dig reveals prehistoric tribes
Pine and Strawberry residents, led by Peggy Gould and Peggy Randall, conduct the first archaeological excavation in the area with advisors Dana Hartman and Scott Wood. The 700 year occupation shows Sinagua Mogollon and Hohokam presence, aiming to form a regional museum with support from Northern Arizona University and local landowners.
