Brick Maxwell’s 40 year aviation career spotlighted
Ensign Gordon Brick Maxwell, famed aviator, recounted perilous midair events and a 1947 first as one of two pilots on the Clipper America. His 45 year aviation span included WWII service with Pan Am, a daring sea rescue, Burma evacuations, and a 1947 world flight, ending with a 1974 Pan Am retirement and Payson residence with wife Arnetta.
