Suburban Developers seek settlement in Payson sewer dispute

Barney Swartwood president of Suburban Developers says the firm is negotiating with the Payson Sanitary District over a two year old contract for sewer service to Payson North. The district threatens to cut off service claiming illegality and Payson North has sued for breach of contract. Swartwood notes the company installed and paid for all sewer lines and mains at sale of each lot and paid an extra $5000 to tie in with district lines.

Reading games postponed and public notices in Payson
