Geof Ensloe Finds Shelter With Cary Family Friends
Geoffrey Ensloe a young chemical engineer moves to Denver and stays with his mother’s friends. He becomes part of a mix of Captain Cary Miss Nona and their wards including Tenny Montague and Cynthia. Geoff settles in while Cynthia runs a gift shop and asks him to pay board. Cary loses jobs and spends freely, drawing Cynthia’s resentment and Geoff’s growing prejudice against her.
