Week of February seventh saw big declines across hogs cattle and sheep as lower commodity prices and slow wholesale demand pressured markets at national stock yards. Hogs fell with butcher grades down one to two dollars per cwt sow losses and barrows gilts mainly at twenty two to twenty four dollars. calves near thirty four top. Cattle declines ranged from fifty cents to two dollars on mid to good beef cattle while lambs and aged sheep also weakened.
