Winton Pool Receives Complaints and Starts Adjustments
The Winton Pool, one month open, faces start up issues per recreation director Eric McCormick. Complaints include no hot water, dirty floors, poor security, missing valuables, lice in the pool, and chlorine irritation. Measures include rerouting traffic, using no evening cashiers, improved supervision, and daily chlorine and pH checks. Citizens are urged to report concerns. McCormick notes 12 week adjustment period before summer program finalization.
