The Pas Council Faces Porky Packers Claim and Leadership Gaps
A Winnipeg era letter notes The Pas faces a near 900000 claim from Porky Packers amid mayoral and deputy mayor absences. It cites council quorum confusion, police funding woes, a vandalism committee lacking updates, and a grassroots pool fundraising pledge by 35 local supporters to fund a municipal project. The writer urges council attendance for a meeting on the Porky Packer suit.
