Scott Bateman Leads Groundbreaking for New Junior High
Scott Bateman participated in sod turning to commence construction of a new Junior High School named for him in The Pas. Muskeg clearing began as officials including Jack Johnston Mayor Jack Kennedy and Gordon Lathlin praised his long service in education while Graham Construction won the contract to build the new facility and add extensions to nearby schools.
