County Commissioners Do Month's Business

In October the County Commissioners tackled key issues and deferred some to November. Williams was away in Salt Lake City for Beater County road bids. Two tax payment deadline extension petitions were approved, directing publication of the new December 20 date. A Parowan delegation sought lake bed road completion this fall with cost sharing, and $100 was appropriated to be matched in labor. Property-seizure discussions continued, with sale or rental plans under review as legality is checked. Bank representatives presented a problem message and related notes.
