New Elementary Teachers Shine From Parowan Unit

Kartchner, born in Snowflake, Arizona, served in the navy and studied at BYU and USAC, while Williams, born in Blackfoot Idaho, served in Korea and completed a degree in elementary education at the College of Southern Utah. On Saturday September 28 the homemade road linking Glen Canyon to upstate Utah was dedicated with simple ceremonies at the canyon’s midway spring.
