Offic ers Exonerate Fernarr Stubbs In Fatal Crash
A deputy sheriff and two city officials exonerate Fernarr Stubbs, driver of the car in which Myrtle Parker died last Saturday, after a careful investigation. They find the radius rod failure caused the wreck and that Stubbs was not driving recklessly or under the influence. The probe notes the truck carried several passengers and that the car veered and rolled after the front rod detached near Cemetery Road on the Five Mile in Parowan Canyon.
