Parowan Soldier to Return Home After England Duty
Army Cpl Keith Benson of Parowan Utah is set to depart England late this month for the U S after serving since January 1953 with the 32d Ant Aircraft Artillery Brigade. He trained at Fort Ord and was a machine gunner in the 4th AAA Battalion before entering service in August 1952 following Parowan High School.

About 96 descendants of Samuel T and Esther John son Orton gathered at the Five Mile Camp in Parowan Canyon for a reunion on a Wednesday birthday of grandmother Johnson. An extemporaneous camp fire program was led by Whit Orton after a community supper, with many relatives traveling from Cedar City Summit St George Henderson Nevada Tucson Arizona and other areas.
