County Commission reelects Jess Guymon as chairman
Tron County officials held their first regular meeting after November’s election naming Jess Guymon as Commission chairman once more. The board approved deputies across sheriff, treasurer, assessor, clerk auditor, and recorder offices with varied salaries and hours. Servicemen Visit Parowan Couple Before Germany Deployment

Bank of Iron County will pay a 6 percent dividend to stockholders after a successful year. President Robert L.
