Pole Sparks Fatal Electrocution Near St Charles
Warren Windley a 20 year old from St Charles died Friday in Pocatello after contact with a live 4000 volt line while helping raise a radio antenna pole. Several helpers, including his brother in law N B Thomas, suffered burns or shocks but Windley was pronounced dead at the hospital. He leaves three brothers and three sisters.
