Car Theft Suspect Sentenced After Rock Springs Arrest
An individual tied to the Paris area thefts was arrested in Rock Springs Wyoming after a 3 year sentence for car theft. The suspect, 36, was implicated in stealing a pickup truck claimed by Darwin Wall and involved in an early morning theft on the 18th. The vehicle was found abandoned near Cokeville.

Kay D Smith a junior at Utah State College was elected executive treasurer of Lambda Delta Sigma. Grant S Rich of CalNutria says the Bear Lake Nutria Ranch welcomes its first nutria, a blue fur beaver like animal with tusks and walrus whiskers. The creature is vegetarian, easily tamed, and valued for tusks, fur, whiskers, and meat, with colors including black and gold. Million Dollar Gas Compressor Station Near Georgetown

George Dewey Briscoe 57, born November 13 1898 in Bloomington, died April 28 in Spokane Washington. He worked in Washington DC during WWI, taught in Idaho, and served as an IRS auditor before becoming Chief of Accounting at Fairchild AFB storage division. Funeral services were held in Spokane and Bloomington with numerous relatives attending.
