College students back to Logan after visit home
LAKETOWN NEWS notes Colleen Johnson Marian Robinson and George Robinson spent the week with parents and will return to Logan for the final quarter Wednesday. An infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Johnson born March 11 at Bear Lake hospital died shortly after birth. Adbert Webb and family and Miss Delores Weston traveled to Logan. Bryce Bell and Lorin Weston’s families joined in the trip. Albert Weston plans to winter in California with his daughter. Mir and Mrs Elijah Willis traveled to Ogden to visit son Clark at Dee LDS hospital where he remains recovering from a knee injury.

Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Price visited Montana to survey stock ranches for a potential new home. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Wood drove to Salt Lake City to spend the day with their son Robert and family. The Relief Society party and dinner occurred at the ward recreation center with Mary Johnson in charge and the Russell Alleys performing. NRH basketball boys were taken to Salt Lake City to attend the state high basketball tournament. Mrs. Faye Floyd and Mrs. Merle Spence accompanied their mother Mrs. Claude Willis to Montpelier for a medical checkup.
