Esther Eleanor Henderson Barker 82 of St Charles Utah died in Bountiful after a two month illness. Born April 28 1680 in Randolph Utah she was one of thirteen children. Survived by two daughters Adelia Scofield and Blanche Piggott, 8 grandchildren 12 great grandchildren and several siblings. Intent forms cover acres and total potential spring payments exceed sixteen thousand dollars, with over ten thousand already issued. Farmers must file intentions by March 22 to participate, with diversion payments and 18 cent per bushel price support on 1963 wheat acreage, plus standard loans. Present signups cover about 20 percent of eligible farms. officials urge eligible farmers to contact the ASCS office.
