Fifty civil and nine criminal cases filled the docket with four local option law violations among the criminal matters. West, Sheer, Hopson and Dunkley faced fines or jail, while Gish was fined four months and four months more for the new search and seizure law. Appeals and bail issues arose as the court delivered sentences including imprisonment terms for burglary and adultery.
