Minnetonka Cave eight miles up St Charles Canyon will be open daily in July and August. Cave tours start at 9, 11, 1, 8 and 5 pm. Lions Club of Paris sponsors the cave with Jack Allred of St Charles as guide. Road to the cave and half mile entrance trail are in good condition.

Laketown will hold a July 24th Mth celebration on Monday with a 10 a.m. parade and an 11 a.m. program in the hall. William Louis Perkins, 62, of Pinedale Wyoming, died Saturday in an Idaho Falls hospital. Born in Montpelier Idaho in November 1887, he married Eeith Downing of Montpelier in 1909. Survived by widow Mia, sons Jack and Richard of Montpelier, Marion of Twin Falls, daughter Mrs. Mery Preston of Nampa, nine grandchildren, nine brothers and sisters including Agnes Johansen of Twin Falls and Jon Perkins of San Leandro California.
