The Village of St Charles Idaho adopts Ordinance 16 approving appropriations from the 1956 general tax levy unexpended balance and other receipts. Planned spending includes water system maintenance and rents, road and bridge work, park improvements, cemetery maintenance, clerical, audits, and other municipal costs totaling 5156.37 dollars.
