Services Held for Ernest D Hymas Lifelong Bear Lake Resident
Funeral services were conducted January 25 at the Bear Lake Stake tabernacle for Ernest D Hymas 74 a lifelong Bear Lake County resident who died January 19 in a Las Vegas Nevada hospital after a stroke. Burial was in Liberty Cemetery. He was born February 4 1883 in Liberty son of James A and Sarah Evans Hymas. He married Elnora Wilcox in 1909 in Salt Lake City. He served in many church roles including bishop of Lanark Ward and chair of the draft board. Survived by his widow four sons Rex Wayne David James nine grandchildren and nine siblings.
