Bloomington and nearby cousins share summer visits and reunions
Mrs Rose Hymas and Alan Hoge traveled to Salt Lake City Sunday for her ill son Dean Smith. Mona Shepherd and Melinda Sparks visited Pocatello and Moreland, staying with the Athay family and touring Craters of the Moon. A J Powell and June Hoge wedding party dined in Smithfield after a temple ceremony attended by many relatives. Bloomington residents Hulme Dunford and daughters hosted visitors from Ogden and Logan with local trips and campouts at Bloomington Canal and Bloomington Lake. Sixty two Rasmussen descendants gathered at Bloomington Recreation Hall for dinner, a short program, and a business meeting conducted by VerJean Kunz.
